Parking & Towing
Mililani Terrace parking rules are located in the House Rules: Article X. Parking Areas
A&H Towing performs random monitoring of Mililani Terrace parking lots and is authorized to tow vehicles in violation of the rules at the owner's expense.
Each apartment has been assigned parking stalls exclusive to the rights of others. Occupants must not use any other parking space other than the one which has been assigned to the respective apartment unit at any time without the prior written permission of the Owner or Occupant who has the right to use such stall. The Owner or Occupant of the assigned stall shall call the Towing Company to tow away any unauthorized vehicle. This unauthorized vehicle shall be towed without warning.

Overnight Guest Parking Pass
THE GUEST PASS SHOWN ON THE RIGHT WILL NO LONGER BE VALID EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2024.
Guest parking passes are to be used by GUESTS ONLY and must be displayed between the hours of 12AM-6AM, violations will result in tow without warning at the owner's expense.
Resident use is strictly prohibited and will result in tow without warning at the owner's expense.
Resident Parking Decals
Resident's must register their vehicles and receive a parking decal from the site manager. Any vehicle parked in an assigned stall without a parking decal is subject to tow without warning at the owner's expense.
