The Board of Directors have been discussing potential bulk-package with Spectrum to provide an additional amenity (internet &/or cable) to our community. Currently, 72.7% of our residents uses Spectrum. 66.7% are subscribed for Data (Internet) and 34.7% are subscribed for Video (TV).

 

Packages start at $40.00/unit and go up to $55.00/unit depending on package selections. If you are a current Spectrum subscriber, this will drastically lower your monthly payment!

May 2025 Update: Proxies have been mailed out to owners to amend the By-Laws to adopt a resolution to accept the bulk rate program. Currently we do not have enough proxies and need owners to continue to mail in their responses. The deadline has been extended till August 2025.
